Rustic berry tart

This is something fresh, sticky and full with gorgeous berries of the season. You just want to eat it right after you got it out of the oven. It is also perfect for breakfast with a nice cup of coffee instead a croissant.

Basically you can flavour it with anything you desire like vanilla, cardamom, lavender sugar or even rosemary. I also added some port wine sour cherries I had in the freezer. The preparation takes only a few minutes. Brush the sides of the puff pastry sheet with a simple egg wash and fold the
edges over.

Put
the berries on the middle of the pastry and sprinkle with the flavoured sugar and bake the whole thing for about 20 minutes. That's it!
