Chicken Breast filled with Feta and Broccoli

Simple and looks good.



Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
150 g feta cheese
250 g broccoli
8 slices of bacon
salt
cayenne pepper
white wine

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
Sprinkle salt and cayemme pepper on it.
Stuff the pockets with boiled broccoli and feta cheese.
Cover pockets with sliced bacon.
Put breats in heat resistent form, pour white wine under them and put in oven for about 25 minutes, it depends how big the breasts are.
